review: Tarte PureOptic long wear lipstick
I recently purchased this lip product off of tartecosmetics.com and I am very pleased with the results. I wore the lip stick for about 7 hours and I ate a full meal and the lipstick managed to stay on. I would recommend this product because it is long lasting and the color is nice, however there are only 2 shades to choose from which is a down side. Also when I first applied it the tip of the retractable lipstick fell off so I had to use more product. The product felt sticky on the lips which usually means it is long lasting. I didn’t feel that it was moisturizing for the most part so if you’re looking for something that is moisturizing then this isn’t it.

review: Tarte Complexion Enhancing Lipstick
I purchased this lipstick off of tartecosmetics.com and I was very exited to try it out because I thought that the idea of having 2 colors in one lipstick was very interesting! This is one of those lip products that claims to enhance your lip color meaning that it’s basically your lips but better! The color on the outside is a cool nude shade while the core is a deep burgundy red. When I applied the lipstick it looked kind of like a light coral mixed with a nude and it did indeed look like my lip color just a bit darker. Unfortunately I did not like the lipstick and here’s why:
-color faded in a few hours
-when I was applying it the 2 colors mixed unevenly
-expensive
However I did like the packaging and the idea of 2 different colors being combined into 1! The lipstick is moisturizing and it’s a good everyday color. Overall I don’t recommend it because it didn’t last too long and it is pricey.

review: Mirenesse glossy kiss lip cheek color (cheeky kiss)
hey guys so I received this lip product in my Birchbox and I decided to do a review on it because it isn’t a cheap product and it is amazing. I wore the color for 5 hours and I ate after wearing it for about 3 and the color lasted which is great. I recommend this lip stick and cheek stain because it really lasts and this particular color looks really nice on the lips. the color pay off is great, highly pigmented and the packaging is very cute. The full size is 3 grams and the best part is that it looks like a pencil but you don’t have to use a sharpener because it is retractable. I look forward to trying it out as a cheek stain as well.

review: color whisper by Maybelline
hey guys so I recently purchased a new lip product by Maybelline. Their new line of color whispers is really nice, however the product does not last through eating. The color I purchased is in Petal Rebel and it is a very nice every day pink color. The thing I like most about this lip product is that it is very moisturizing. When I first applied it I thought it was more of a chapstick but with a hint of color to it. It is also very pigmented and overall it looks very pretty on the lips. I recommend it for everyday wear and I am not going to be returning this product because I really do enjoy it even though the color doesn’t last all day!
